Admin / Preseason

​Administration:​

1. Attend Seasonal coaches meetings:
2. Complete your Volunteer Registration / Safe Soccer Activities
3. Ensure you can Log in as a Marlboro Youth Volunteer
4. Receive Coaching Credentials

Start of Season:

• Receive Electronic Roster
• Obtain Practice time(s) / field
• Contact all Families - Welcome / Logistics / Zero Tolerance
• Perform Uniform Swaps / Request Equipment
• Update Electronic Roster
• View your schedule (BAYS)
• Contact all Families - Team Strategy / Philosophy / Updates
• Team Meeting (Usually Practice 1)
• Receive BAYS Roster PDF

In Season

Weekly Activities:

Sundays:

• Report Score (if required)
• Email Team - Weekly Recap / Week Ahead
• Email Opponent
• Plan Practices / Pick weekly "Theme"

Monday-Fridays:

• Monitor Field Status
• Run Practices / Attend Clinics

Fridays:

• Email Team - Game Reminder

Saturdays:

• Game Day Procedures!

  • Coaching Credentials
  • 2 Copies of the Roster
  • Arrive 45 minutes prior

Season Wrap-up

End of Season:

• Complete player evals
  • U7/U8 Evaluation Form
