The below procedure is specifically for Practice Field Scheduling for coaches.  All related questions and requests should be addressed to the acting Field Coordinator, Henry Garcia, @

1) Each coach should request a primary and backup request.  If making a request for 2 practices, provide 3 slot options.
2) Each request should contain Team Name / Coach Name / Day / Time / Field 
3) Coaches requesting multiple practice nights will be assigned a primary night first, until all coaches have had a chance to schedule at least one practice.  At this time, secondary practices will also be scheduled in any remaining available slots.
4) Where required, some fields may be divided into time slots (eg, 5:00-6:30 and 6:30-8:00) to make the most of the field space.
